APIs

  • The Record load milestone events endpoint now supports additional event codes and reason codes to provide more granular tracking of load milestones.

  • The newly-released Get LPN events by lastRunDate endpoint is now available. This allows carriers to retrieve LPN (License Plate Number) events for a specific date range using the lastRunDate parameter.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Record resource locations endpoint occasionally returned a 500 Internal Server Error due to a database connection timeout.

  • Resolved a bug in the Get ryder events endpoint where the pageSize parameter was not being properly validated, leading to unexpected behavior.

Webhooks

  • Introduced a new Load Milestone Webhook that notifies carriers when a load reaches critical milestones, such as pickup, delivery, or exceptions.

API Updates for April 28, 2024

API

  • We are excited to announce the introduction of the Ryder Events API. This API enables carriers to record Ryder-specific events and configurations, enhancing the integration capabilities with Ryder's systems.

  • We've added a new header parameter, EventSource, in the Record ryder events endpoint to specify the source of the event.

  • The Loads API now supports filtering and pagination for the Get ryder events endpoint, allowing carriers to efficiently retrieve events based on various criteria.

Bug Fixes

  • Clarified the description of the encryptedAccessToken parameter in the Record resource fourkites locations and stop arrivals endpoint to avoid confusion.

Deprecations
